Dr. Cathy Ostroff

Dr. Cathy Ostroff DC CCN HMC has had a successful holistic health practice since 1978. She has helped thousands of patients, incorporating evidence-based nutrition, chiropractic methods and homeopathy to help them achieve optimum health. Dr. Ostroff treats a full range of ailments from minor back sprains to serious illness. She is certified in nutritional blood chemistry analysis and specializes in auto-immune disease, diabetes and post cancer therapy.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Dr. Ostroff earned her BA in psychology and anthropology and received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1977 from the New York Chiropractic College of SUNY. She obtained her board certification in clinical nutrition in 2010. Dr. Ostroff holds advanced proficiency rating from Activator Methods Chiropractic and is a past instructor of anatomy and physiology. She trained at the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy and completed certification as a Master Homeopathic Clinician in 1997. Dr. Ostroff serves on the Editorial Board of Natural Standard Research Collaboration, an evidence-based information database on alternative and complementary therapies.
